Desmond Pelly - Chair Mid Sussex RDA 1988-2002

Desmond Pelly died on February 9th 2015, he was with Mid Sussex RDA for many years as Chair and later Treasurer. We were honoured to have him as part of our group, we all loved him, nothing was too much trouble. He mounted and led the riders and had a particular talent for finding sponsors and supporters which kept our group in the money! A very talentend man, he had flown Lancasters during the war and never lost contact with his engineer. He will be sadly missed.
